Reduced Handling & Labor
Multiple transfer positions can reduce repeated travel and the labor involved in setting up, loading and unloading cargo.
Flexible docking capacity designed around the operation.
The mobile dock trailer
Mobile Dock Trailers are customizable dry-van or reefer trailers with multiple side roll-up doors. Each opening can be configured independently with a dock transfer plate, dock leveler or bumper interface. Interior and exterior lighting, power, climate equipment and access systems can be integrated around the intended workflow.
The walls, floors and door openings are structurally reinforced. Inside, each standard roll-up door operates on its own track, with the track paths arranged to overlap rather than stack downward into the cargo space.

Operational benefits
Multiple transfer positions can reduce repeated travel and the labor involved in setting up, loading and unloading cargo.
Preliminary studies show that companies utilizing our Mobile Dock Trailers can load and unload their trucks up to 60% faster than conventional methods. Multiple ports can reduce unnecessary handling between vehicles and a facility.
Move the platform when a site changes, a temporary operation ends or capacity is needed elsewhere.
Use the trailer as a staging and verification zone so cargo can be separated, checked and aligned with the correct delivery vehicles before final transfer.
Select door count, dock interfaces, lighting, power, climate equipment and work areas around the operating need.
Configure the same trailer-based platform for receiving, cross-docking, staging, temporary capacity, remote work or other specialized flows.
Dry-van and reefer platforms can incorporate air conditioning, heating or refrigeration equipment when the application calls for it.
Create a receiving, staging or transfer hub in suitable open space when a conventional dock expansion is impractical.
Position a mobile dock beside an existing opening or where yard circulation makes sense, then adapt the arrangement as conditions change.
Exterior stairs, landing platforms, plates and related accessories can be installed or removed as deployment needs change.
Reinforced walls, floors and framing support the integrity required for multiple openings, dock interfaces and a working interior.

Proprietary track arrangement
Standard trailer doors roll on separate overlapping tracks so the mechanisms do not consume the usable cargo height associated with a conventional stacked arrangement. Pallet height does not need to be reduced simply to clear a lowered bank of door mechanisms.
The proprietary design supports multiple side openings while maintaining a practical full-length working interior for staging, checking and transfer. This closer view makes the independent overhead track paths and open floor area easier to see.
